Our training solutions are designed with you in mind.  We offer standard courses which can be modified to meet your requirements or we can develop your own in-house training.

Venue
Our training courses, seminars and workshops are held in attractive, air-conditioned, purpose built facilities based at Epsilon House, West Road, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, ideally situated close to the A12 and A14. Joining instructions will be sent direct to each delegate one week prior to the course.  Please let us know if you have any specific access or other requirements so that we may make your attendance at our course an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

IOSH Managing Safely Qualification (4 full days)
This course is unlike any other. You’ll find a practical programme, full of step-by-step Health and Safety guidance, and with a sharp business focus. With a highly innovative format and content the course engages and inspires delegates. The programme is aimed at Managing Safely and will give Managers and Supervisors practical knowledge and tools to tackle health and safety issues within your organisation as well as a recognised qualification upon successful completion. As part of the Managing safely assessed procedure, delegates will have to complete a project and have it assessed.  The project takes the form of a careful examination of your work environment and risk assessment.

Drivers CPC – Daily- Parts 1 & 2
Driver CPC is being introduced across the European Union to maintain high driving standards and improve road safety.  All professional bus, coach and lorry drivers must hold a Driver CPC if they want to drive for a living.  What is the purpose of Driver CPC?  It is designed to improve the knowledge and skills of lorry and bus drivers throughout their working life – helping:

  • road safety (and thus all road users)
  • the road freight and passenger transport industries (better staff performance, better recruitment and retention, more economical vehicle usage)
  • professional drivers (skill levels and maintenance, career opportunities, professionalism)
  • the environment (reduced fuel consumption and vehicle wear)

Basic Fire Marshal
This course is suitable for all individuals who have the responsibility of coordinating and ensuring implementation of the organisation’s fire prevention and evacuation procedures.

Emergency First Aid at Work
This course covers the role of designated First Aid Appointed Person and this includes looking after the equipment and facilities and calling the Emergency Services when required.  Arrangements should be made for an Appointed Person to be available to undertake these duties at all times when people are at work.  On this course you will gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in First Aid.

Manual Handling
This course is suitable for all individuals who have responsibility for safe and efficient transporting of a load to include, lifting, putting down, pushing & pulling, carrying or moving by mechanical, hand or bodily force.
