We have our own HR training venue, however we can also train at your premises.

Our HR training venue

 

Our HR training courses, seminars and workshops are held in attractive, air-conditioned, purpose-built facilities based at Epsilon House, West Road, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, ideally situated close to the A12 and A14. Joining instructions will be sent directly to each delegate one week prior to the course.  Please let us know if you have any specific access or other requirements so that we may make your attendance at our course an enjoyable and comfortable experience. We can also train at your premises too!

HR courses
Management Skills - 19th March 2024

This course is suitable for all Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers and Directors who have the responsibility of managing a team of any size. This Management Skills course is designed to get the delegates thinking about the difference between leadership and management and how to be successful at both.

Dealing with Difficult People - 24th September 2024

This course will analyse why some people are difficult and identify different types of difficult behavior. Staff will examine their own communication style and the effect of this as well as Identify ways to deal with situations that are difficult and state their position in an assertive way.

Basic Fire Marshal

This course is suitable for all individuals who have the responsibility of coordinating and ensuring implementation of the organisation’s fire prevention and evacuation procedures.

Emergency First Aid at Work

This 1 day course covers the role of designated First Aid Appointed Person and this includes looking after the equipment and facilities and calling the Emergency Services when required.
